Walkthrough

Step 1
Talk with Chief Esmat (194,89) and take his letter.


Step 2
Go to Dark City and give the letter to the Central Official (200, 93), she will give you the blue stamp piece.


Step 3
Return to Bottomless Pit and give the stamp piece to Chief Esmat.
