Step 1
Talk to Gossip Monger Umi (243.54) on Mushroom Village

Step 2
Defeat Elvis to get 50 Lollipops

Step 3
Report back to Gossip Monger Umi

Step 4
Defeat Wind Elves(Fairy of Wind) to get 50 Wind Pearl

Step 5
Report back to Gossip Monger Umi

I suggest you not to do this quest..
I'm at lvl 97 when I did this..
Got 2.7k atk and 2.1k def with a lvl 60 pet and a healer.
I repotted and repaired once..
Yet it took me like 10 hours to do this and then gave me only 35credits and 4500 exp..
That's why I was able to do this Mushroom Village Guide here in wikidot because of this shitty quest..
